Partnership & Corporate Sponsorship Agreement

This agreement is entered into between AIS TECHNOLOGY LLC (Tax ID: 37-2073633), based in Albuquerque, NM, and the Partner (Contributor).

1. Nature of the Relationship: This contribution constitutes a Corporate Sponsorship for branding, marketing, and environmental conservation services. It is not a purely altruistic donation; it is a business-to-project collaboration to support the Najempaim Playa Amazon Preservation program.

2. Deliverables & Digital Assets: Upon successful transaction, Najempaim Playa grants the Partner a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Official Digital Seals 2026 for a period of 12 months. This includes the right to display the seal on corporate websites, social media, and sustainability reports.

3. Brand Placement: The Partner’s name or company logo will be featured on the official Najempaim Playa website as an active contributor to the Amazon biodiversity protection initiative.

4. Tax & Financials: Pursuant to NMAC regulations, this service is exempt from Sales Tax (0%) as a professional service provided to non-resident entities. AIS TECHNOLOGY LLC will provide an official Invoice for accounting and marketing-expense justification.

5. Non-Refundable Policy: Given the immediate allocation of funds to environmental conservation and the delivery of digital assets, all sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable.

6. Acceptance: By clicking the "Join the Alliance" (or equivalent) button and completing the payment, the Partner agrees to these terms and acknowledges the impact of their support in the Shuar territory.
